The heat map tool in HostPapa Connect instantly shows you where people are or are not clicking in your email campaigns. Using
a colour scale, you can see which links are hot (red), which links are colder (blue), and which links people are not clicking on
(no colour).
To view the heat map of a campaign:
- Select Campaigns > View > Complete.
- Select the email campaign you’d like to view.
- Select the Heat map tab.
You will see your HTML email, complete with colour highlights of which links are hot and cold.
How many clicks indicate a hot link?
Hover over the link and you’ll see the number of unique clicks (number of people who initially clicked that link), as well as
the total times the link was clicked.
