There are two ways to transfer a domain name to HostPapa:

1. Upon signing up: Check the I already have a domain name: please transfer it to HostPapa option on the Secure Order Form when purchasing your HostPapa account. The transfer will start automatically after payment is received.


2. Later: When you are ready to transfer your domain name, just open a new support ticket: http://www.hostpapasupport.com/go/submit-ticket.shtml

Please include your domain name in the ticket. If this is not your primary domain name, please include your primary domain as well. This will help us find your account quickly.
