Solution

To ensure you always receive HostPapa communications, and that there is no disruption in your HostPapa service, it is very important that we have your up-to-date contact information on file.

You can update the contact information associated with your HostPapa account any time through your secure online billing account:

  1. Go to the Customer Care Centre for your region:

  2. Click on “Login to Billing” and log in as prompted:
    • Email address (username): The email address you signed up with
    • Password: The password you chose for your account

  3. Click "Client Profile" on the left side of the page. Click on the "+" sign to see additional options.

  4. Click “View Profile.” You will see your name, address, email, fax, and phone number. Click “edit.”

  5. Make any required changes. Click “update.”
