To ensure you always receive HostPapa communications, and that there is no disruption in your HostPapa service, it is very important that we have your up-to-date contact information on file.
You can update the contact information associated with your HostPapa account any time through your secure online billing account:
Go to the Customer Care Centre for your region:
- Click on “Login to Billing” and log in as prompted:
- Email address (username): The email address you signed up with
- Password: The password you chose for your account
- Click "Client Profile" on the left side of the page. Click on the "+" sign to see additional options.
- Click “View Profile.” You will see your name, address, email, fax, and phone number. Click “edit.”
- Make any required changes. Click “update.”
