Solution

You can easily update the credit card information associated with your account through your secure online billing account:

  1. Go to the Customer Care Centre for your region:

  2. Click on the Login to Billing link and log in as prompted:

    • Login Name (username): The email address you signed up with.
    • Password: The password you chose for your account.

  3. Click on the Client Profile link on the left side of the page.

  4. Click on the Payment Methods link and either Add or Edit Credit Card.
  5. Fill in the appropriate information and click the Save button.

Tips:

  • Please do not put any spaces between the numbers of your credit card.

  • Your cPanel and billing account usernames and passwords may not be the same: please use the login details specified for your billing account in your Welcome/login email.
