In order to check the invoices on your account, please follow these steps:

1. Log into our billing system with the information you were given in the sign up receipt; you can find the URL for this in both the receipt and login information email. (You may also access your billing account through the HostPapa Customer Care Center.)
2. Once logged in, click “Billing & Services” on the left side. It will expand to show additional options.
3. Click the “View Invoice” option.  A list of invoices will appear on the right.
4. Locate the desired invoice in the list.  To view the invoice, click the "View Invoice" link or the invoice number.
