If you lose your billing login information, you must reset your password. Please follow these steps:
Visit your billing site:
Click the blue link that says “retrieve password.”
A new window will pop open and ask you for your “email address” or “client ID” (the options will appear in a drop-down menu).
If you have two or more accounts using the same email address, please choose “Client ID” and enter your 6 digit client ID. If you do not know your client ID, please submit a ticket from the primary email address we have on file for you and request your client ID. This will ensure that you are resetting the correct billing account.
If you choose “Email Address,” you must enter the email address you used to sign up for your HostPapa account.
Click the “Continue” button.
You will receive an email entitled: “HostPapa: Password Reset”. The email will provide you with your password reset code and instructions.
NOTE: If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk mail.
The instructions in the email ask you to visit the “reset password” page associated with your billing account.
Reset Password Pages (choose the correct region)
When you have reached the “reset password” page, enter the “Reset Code” in the “Hostpapa password reset” email you received. Choose your new password.
NOTE: Your new password must be a combination of alphabetic and numeric characters.
