HostPapa customers must visit the Customer Care Centre for their region in order to submit a support ticket.
- Click on the following link:
- Click on the button for your region. You will be prompted to enter your Billing Login information.
If you lose your billing login information, you must reset your password. For details, check out this knowledgebase article:
- Once logged in, from the Menu located on the left-hand side, click on the Support link. Then, click on the Submit a New Ticket link.
