HostPapa customers must visit the Customer Care Center for their region in order to review an existing support ticket.
Visit your customer care center:
Click on “Review an Existing Ticket.” You will be prompted to enter your Billing Login information.

Once you have logged into your billing account, go to Menu, located on the left-hand side. You will find the option View Tickets under the Support heading.
