In order to protect everyone, HostPapa has set limitations on the number of emails that can be sent each hour from your web hosting account.
New accounts are automatically configured to allow 50 emails per hour. If 50 emails per hour doesn’t meet your current needs, you can submit a request to raise your hourly email limit to 250. Each request is carefully reviewed by a member of our Technical Support team. Based on that review, the email limit may or may not be increased to 250 emails per hour.

A member of the HostPapa Customer Care team will be in contact to request some information for the evaluation. If the information provided meets HostPapa’s specifications to grant an email limit increase, your account will be adjusted and you will be notified.
