To configure email on an Android device, simply follow the directions below:

- Access the Settings area of your device
- Scroll down and select Accounts and sync
- Click Add account
- Select Email under More accounts
Incoming server settings:
5. In the Username field, enter the email address you want to sync to your Android device
6. Enter the password for your account
7. Click Next to set up the account automatically
8. For type of account, select IMAP
9. In the User name field, enter the email address you want to sync to your Android device
10. Enter your password
11. For IMAP server, enter: mail.youraccount.com (where youraccount.com is your domain address)
12. Security type: None
13. Port: 143
14. IMAP path prefix: Optional (you can leave this blank)
15. Click Next
Outgoing server settings:
16. SMTP server: mail.youraccount.com (where youraccount.com is your domain address)
17. Security type: None
18. Port: 587
19. Ensure Require Sign-in box is selected
20. User name: enter the email address you want to check from your Android device
21. Password: enter your password for this account
22. Click Next
23. Email check frequency – for Peak and Off-peak, set the frequencies to a value ranging from never, to every 5 minutes. We’ve set ours to check for new email every 15 minutes.
Note: The more frequently you check, the more drain you’ll have on your battery.
24. Ensure Sync Email and Notify me when mail arrives are both selected.
If you want to send email from this account by default, select that option as well.
25. Click Next
26. Name your account
27. Enter the name you want others to see when you send mail
28. Click Next
29. Click Done with accounts
