Be an organization established within the European Community without prejudice to the application of national law.
Be a natural person resident within the European Community.

Before we can initiate the transfer of your domain name registration to HostPapa, you must first:
Ensure your contact information on your domain is up to date.
Obtain your domain’s Transfer Authorization Code or “Auth Code” from your current registrar.
Once we submit your transfer request and you have approved the transfer email with your “Auth Code”, the transfer request is then sent to the registry. In most cases, the transfer is completed automatically. If not, HostPapa will notify you by email.
The registry performs random verification checks to ensure transfer requests are valid. In most cases, the verification process is straightforward and the transfer is completed within five days. If the registry requires further information to validate the transfer, they will contact you, the registrant, directly and you will then have five days to respond.
