Protection Power scans your website looking for malware, SQL injections, and other threats. Depending on your needs you can select the right plan for your security needs.
Upgrading to a Pro or Premium plan will enable other features like our WAF, and will grant you access to the CSOC interface.
To upgrade your Protection Power plan you need to open a support ticket from your Hostpapa Dashboard.
If you are currently in your Protection Power Dashboard, go to Firewall and click on Upgrade Your License. This will open your HostPapa Dashboard.
To open a support ticket from your HostPapa Dashboard, follow the steps below:
- Go to HostPapa Dashboard.
- Select My Support and then click on Open New Tickets.
- Fill all the required fields explaining that you want an upgrade.
- Click on Submit.
You can check your tickets’ status in the home section of your HostPapa Dashboard.
