Tables are a great way to highlight and explain information in your Joomla! articles. To insert a table, log in to your Joomla! administrator back-end and go to Content > Articles.
If you’re editing an existing article, click the article title to open it in the editor. If you’re creating a new article, click +New. In the article editor, place your cursor where you want to insert the table and click Table > Table and select the number of columns and rows you want in the table.
The blank table is added to the article. Click in each cell to add text. You can format the text using any of the formatting tools in the editor. For example, you can make the text bold or change the colour, just as you can with any other text in your article.
To set the table properties, select the table and click Table Properties.
In Table Properties, you can set a number of general and advanced table properties, such as cell size and padding, alignment, and border colour. Click OK to save your changes.
