What is a ccTLD?

Top-level domains (TLDs) are the last part of an Internet address. For instance, in example.com the TLD is .com. A country code top-level domain (ccTLD) refers to a region-specific national address, such as:

  • .ca for Canada
  • .au for Australia
  • .de for Germany
  • .fr for France

and so on…
