How to access email/webmail from outside of cPanel (recommended)

You can access webmail outside cPanel as well as within it. log into a HostPapa email account directly from the Internet. Once your domain name is pointing to our servers, use this path: https://yourdomain.com/webmail

The username is the email address you are trying to access.

The password is the password set for the above email address.

For example: If you’ve set up “user5” as an email account on “yourdomain.com” for username, enter user5@yourdomain.com, and whatever password you’ve set up.

Please do not use your cPanel username and password to log into webmail. You will be logged into the default email account which is not configured to send emails.

Once you have logged in, select Horde (you may also have an option for RoundCube, but this is being phased out). These are different email interfaces you can use to create, read, and reply to emails. They all access email from the same place, so it does not matter which you choose, and you can switch between them freely.

In order to log into webmail, you first must create an email account from the Email Account section of your cPanel. If you have not yet done this, here are some instructions.

HostPapa’s informative video tutorials will help you learn how to use Horde and Roundcube.
