When managing multiple accounts in WHM, there may be times where it is useful to manage bandwidth allowances for specific accounts.
To manage account bandwidth in WHM, enter “list” in the search box and select List Accounts.
A list of accounts is displayed. Click the + button next to the account you wish to modify to expose additional options. Select Modify Account.
The account’s current settings will be displayed. Scroll down to Monthly Bandwidth Limit and click the radio button adjacent to the text field to deselect Unlimited. Enter a limit (in megabytes) and click the Save button to complete configuration.
If you see a pop-up with a message regarding Package Conflict Resolution, select Keep this account on package {package name}.
While WHM classifies this option as “not recommended”, it’s the least destructive change, ensuring the new settings do not impact other accounts.
