Every email you receive includes message headers that contain valuable information. You don’t normally need to know what’s in those headers, but when you have email errors, those headers help HostPapa Support figure out what’s wrong. Follow the steps below to view Apple (Mac) mail headers.
- Open the message you would like to view the headers for.
- From the menu, select View > Message > Raw Source.
- The full message will be displayed with all headers. You can now select the message header for copying.
