What to do if you did not receive your login information email

If your account is paid in full and you have already received a receipt and order confirmation from us, you should receive an automatically generated Login Information email within a few hours of signing up.

If not, check your junk mail folder. If there is nothing there, please do the following:

Existing users:

If you already have a HostPapa account, please open a support ticket and ask to be sent another copy of the Login Information email. To do so, please log in to your HostPapa Dashboard.

Please open a support ticket from your dashboard.

Please include the email address you originally signed up with and the primary domain name on your account, especially if you have more than one hosting package with HostPapa.

New Users:

If you are new to HostPapa, please send an email to sales@hostpapasupport.com requesting another copy of the Login Information email. Please include the email address you originally signed up with and as the primary domain name on your account.

If you need help with your HostPapa account, please open a support ticket from your dashboard.
