If your account is paid in full and you have already received a receipt and order confirmation from us, you should receive an automatically generated Login Information email within a few hours of sign up.
If not, check your junk mail folder. If there is nothing there, please do the following:
If you already have a HostPapa account, please open a support ticket and ask to be sent another copy of the Login Information email. To do so, please log in to your HostPapa dashboard: https://hostpapa.com/dashboard
Please include the email address you originally signed up with, as well as the primary domain name on your account, especially if you have more than one hosting package with HostPapa.
