The phone verification can take up to one hour to occur. If it has been more than an hour and you have not been contacted, verify that your number is correct in the ‘Current Status’ box of your SiteLock dashboard. Click the ‘re-send’ link to have the system contact you again.
If you are still having problems, please open a support ticket to further research the issue. To submit a ticket, please follow these steps:

Log in to your Dashboard: https://www.hostpapa.com/dashboard

Click on My Support.

Click on the Open New Ticket tab.

Your Name and Email Address will be prepopulated.

Enter a Subject, choose the department you wish to submit the ticket to and enter the Ticket Details.

If required, you may also add an attachment.

Click the orange Submit button.
